Happy Thursday! We have a Heat Advisory in effect for today for a large portion of the area as the heat index this afternoon will climb above 100 degrees. Even down the shore, where we will be cooler, it’s still going to feel warm and sticky with the heat index in the 90s. More scattered showers are possible today and tomorrow, but this weekend is the better chance for rain. No widespread soaking rain or washouts.
