Good Saturday Morning!
We have an absolutely BEAUTIFUL Saturday in store. The morning gets off to a bright and sunny start, and while a few clouds will drift through here and there this afternoon as a weak disturbance passes by to our west, don’t sweat it… no rain is in the forecast and sunshine prevails for most of the day. Best part? Humidity stays nice and low, making this a refreshing June afternoon.
Today’s Look
Temperatures settle anywhere from the lower 80s near the beaches to the middle 80s across the mainland and for southeastern PA. Comfortable, bright, and just about everything you could ask for on a June Saturday.
At the Beach
If you’re headed to the shore, the forecast is ALMOST perfect given all those factors. The one catch? A westerly wind locks in for most of the afternoon, so that’s going to carry some flies onto the beaches. Pack accordingly!
Looking Ahead
Sunday is shaping up to be very similar, which means a PERFECT Father’s Day forecast is in store across the area! Soak it up, because changes arrive by Monday. A warm front associated with a system lifts through and brings widespread chances for rain and thunderstorms. There’s a low-end severe weather threat with this system, but that’s still something we need to monitor and fine-tune through the weekend. I’ll keep you posted.
