Widespread rain has overtaken the area, heavy rain will develop over the next 2 hours and stick around into early tomorrow morning. Wind gusts will peak overnight at about 35-45 mph between 11pm and 3 am. Flooding will also be a concern overnight tonight into the first half of the day tomorrow.
