Happy Lunchtime! Hope you are snacking on some nice sub sandwiches! The warm is creeping its way through the region and will keep these clouds around the rest of the day. Cannot rule out a spritz or shower later this afternoon but nothing to deter any outdoor plans. Some patchy fog develops tonight with some drizzle.
