As we head into the later afternoon, we are still feeling the cold and the wind out there. This will continue as we head towards sunset and any religious services you are heading to this evening or at midnight will have to bundle up. As for tongiht, Santa will need something warm heading down the chimney as temps will dip into the single digits and TEENs with the wind, making it feel -10 to -20! – Meteorologist Bobby Klark
