Today
After a beautiful weekend, its time for the rain to return once again! However, we still keep the temps below 90 degrees, thankfully. Winds around 10 mph, with a 30% chance of rain today. Storms will mainly be after 3 pm, and lead into tonight.
Tonight will also have scattered showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 3 am. Besides rain, it will be mostly cloudy with a low around 70 degrees. Lighter winds from the south, around 5 mph.
Next Few Days
Similar high tomorrow of 84 degrees, along with similar rain patterns. Passing rain showers after 8 am, but will see peaks of sun throughout the day. Winds from the south between 5 and 10 mph. Scattered showers and thunderstorms throughout the evening, but storms will definitely be passing throughout the night after 11 pm, with a 70% chance of rain. Low of around 70 degrees, with winds staying between 5 and 10 mph.
Wednesday will be warmer, with a high of 89 degrees. Rain will continue throughout the day, with a 50% chance of precip. Partly cloudy and light winds.
The Shore
Shore conditions are pretty average today, with wave heights between 2 and 3 ft and a moderate rip current risk. Winds between 10 and 15 mph. Water temperatures seem to of gotten warmer, with temps reaching the upper 60s!
Tropical Activity
We seem to be finally seeing some activity in the Atlantic! A group of storms has formed near the Leeward Islands and Greater Antilles, with a 50% chance of forming into a tropical depression later this week. We will be keeping an eye on this!
