We’re kicking off the work week sticky already… picking up right where yesterday left off. Mornings starting in the upper 60s and lower 70s, so don’t expect much relief stepping outside. Clouds and sun trading off basically the whole day. There’s a shot at a spotty storm or two this afternoon but I’m not too worried, few and far between is how I’d call it. Highs land in the lower to middle 80s on the mainland.
At the Beach
Around 80 at the shore, onshore flow at 5 to 10 mph keeping it comfortable. And bugs should stay away too, so that’s a win.
Overnight
Whatever storm sneaks through this afternoon burns out by tonight. Quiet evening ahead, lows settling into the lower 70s.
Looking Ahead
This is the part to watch. We’re stuck in a “ring of fire” setup through Thursday… high pressure camped out to our west, pushing the jet stream north, and we end up sitting right on that boundary. What that means for you: storms keep getting steered northwest to southeast, and Wednesday and Thursday both look like they turn stormy later in the day. Chances creep up as the week rolls on. Be weather aware!
