We’ve made it to Friday, and boy did we save the best for last. Gorgeous day on tap from start to finish…sunshine locked in, temps starting off cool and comfy for late July. Most of us waking up in the lower 60s, though a few spots dipped into the 50s. Good stuff. Clear sailin’ for your morning and evening commute.
Today
Blue skies stick around not just today, but straight through the weekend. We’re locked into a tranquil pattern with highs in the lower to middle 80s, and that holds right on into Saturday and Sunday too.
First time in 16 weeks we’re talking about a totally NICE weekend front to back. I hope you’ve got plans to be outside. Dew points sitting in the 50s, which is gonna make it sooooo enjoyable out there.
At the Beach
Headed down the shore? Moderate chance of rip currents, so stay smart in the water. Winds out of the east at 10 to 15 mph. We’ll go around 80 on the sand. Safe suntime is about 15 minutes. No bugs. Waves running 2 to 3 feet.
Overnight
Back into the lower 60s for lows tonight. Cool. Calm. Refreshing.
Looking Ahead
Saturday is Night in Venice in Ocean City! Zero issues for the boat parade. I’ll be there like I am every year, so keep an eye out for me, my crew, and Hurricane Schwartz!
Beyond that, the pattern stays pretty middle of the road temperature-wise. No big swings either way, since the big heat is staying parked out west. We catch a break here, and I’m here for it!
