Happy Thursday!

We are still in the thick of the “Dog Days of Summer” yet we’ve got relatively lower humidity and temps in the upper 70s (beaches) and lower 80s. I’m here for it. Morning clouds clear for partial sunshine this afternoon. Better than yesterday but we still have some of that wildfire smoke hanging out overhead. Water temps are in the upper 70s thanks to the on-shore flow BUT rip current risk remains high thanks to big waves generated off-shore. We are good to go through the weekend. Big heat returns early next week.
