Happy Friday!

Today is gonna be a HOTTTTTT day. HOT! Temps will get into the upper 90s west of the Parkway with real-feel (heat indices) over 105. This is why a large chunk of our viewing area has an Extreme Heat Warning in effect. You WILL get relief at the beaches. Cooler but still very humid.

Look for a mix of sun and clouds, mid to late day storms possible. Some pop-ups after lunch, then something a little more organized later. Any storm that forms could pack a punch. Just be weather aware. Some spotty storms possible over the weekend but not cancel plans worthy.
