Happy Tuesday, friend!

My focus is on this afternoon. I think as a cold front approaches from the NW we will increase the risk for storms that could turn severe. Southeast PA and SWNJ look to be where the threat is the highest, but I think across the board we see the risk for torrential downpours, frequent lightning and strong winds. Temps top out around 90 mainland, lower to middle 80s at the beaches.

Storm threat opens up around 1-2pm and will be with us into the evening. Not everyone gets wet at the same time. Just be weather aware…I can’t rule out a small tornado threat somewhere between MD and Central Jersey. Lingering rain possible into the first part of tomorrow. Thursday through Sunday look great!
