Happy Monday, friend! For the first time in what feels like forever, we’ve got real measurable snow. There will be some areas that see 5-8″ down through Cumberland and Cape May county, but there will be a little less the farther north you go. Snow will be with us in some way right through the afternoon and perhaps the evening. Temps will be in the 20s so ratios will be higher than the standard 10:1. Some areas could see ratios as high as 15:1.

Looks like a little area of warm air could work through towards the beaches around noon. This could bring a brief period of mixing.

The #1 concern for a bust is if dry air works in late morning. That will choke the precipitation shield and we will get the low end of expectations. It doesn’t happen with every storm, but it happens. Worth throwing out there.

Icy roads will be a concern tonight.

Sunshine back next few days…cold and bright in the upper 20s.
