Happy Hump Day! I wish I had better news for ya but today is NOT gonna be a nice day, period. Now, it may not rain from sun up to sun down, especially to the east, but it will be windy and blah more often than not. We’ve got a Wind Advisory in effect to cover the potential for gusts in excess of 40-50mph, best chance along the shoreline.

We’ve had these setups and specific storms many times in the past. It is a setup that organizes itself about 6-7 times a year. Sometimes the strongest winds actually do get produced, othertimes, no. Depends on just how heavy the rain is.

Speaking of rain, I don’t have a one-size-fits-all forecast for ya. Again, totals will come down to where the heaviest cells establish themselves. We could very well see some get over 2″ while others get under 1″.

Scattered rain this morning, then a lull, then the rain comes back with wind this afternoon, can’t even rule out a thunderstorm or two by midday. Temps plunge for tomorrow and Friday.
