The remainder of our holiday weekend will feature a more refreshing Autumn preview, as a large dome of drier, less humid air begins to build in from the upper Great Lakes and Canada.

Labor Day will see any early morning clouds giving way to plenty of developing sunshine, and turning less humid, with high temps generally on either side of 80 or in the low 80s.

Mostly sunny, pleasant weather will continue Tuesday and Wednesday, with just a few more high clouds around on Thursday. Afternoon temps will be below normal, with highs in the low and middle 70s Tuesday, mid-upper 70s Wednesday and in the upper 70s Thursday (cooler at the beach).

Friday will see plenty of clouds, but, for the most part, it will remain dry during the day.

Some showers are possible later Friday night and next Saturday.
