Happy Thursday! It’s not gonna be as cold as it was yesterday, so that’s a point of good news, right? Still cold though, don’t get me wrong…we trend towards a cloudy sky and temps will only top out in the middle 30s. We are dry for the most part. A snow shower or two is possible later in the day.
Snow gets here tomorrow. I am STILL trying to figure out where the axis of heavy snow sets up. It’s called a Norlun trof and essentially it just acts as a forcing mechanism to enhance snowfall rates. That’s it in a nutshell. I’m thinking 2-4″ through interior SNJ, 1-2″ along the shore. If that trof sets up over us, we see more. It’s as simple as that.
Storm wraps later Friday night, we turn BLUSTERY and really cold for Saturday.
