Happy Sunday! We picked up around 1″ of rain since yesterday afternoon. Things are very soggy. Today will be a windy day but nothing overly concerning. With enough leftover moisture there may be some passing showers during the first part of the day. Dry this afternoon. Chilly in the lower 40s.

Tomorrow will be the calm before yet another storm. Tuesday looks to go down hill for the afternoon and evening hours. Big low passes to the west. The pressure difference between the storm coming our way and the high to the northeast will be around 50mb. That’s pretty drastic. This will allow harsh winds later Tuesday. A 3-4 hour period where they could gust well into the 50mph range?

After that storm is gone we’ve got ANOTHER one for Friday into Saturday. We can not soak up all this rain. Flash flooding is absolutely a concern. Stay tuned!

A round of minor tidal flooding EARLY today, we get a break from that until Tuesday…could be looking at higher levels then with a strong on-shore flow.
