Happy Friday! It’s flippin’ freezing out there today. Welcome to the coldest day of 2024 so far. OK that’s not really hard to do being we’re only 5 days in….but anyway…tons of sun coming at you. We start out in the lower 20s, we end up in the upper 30s. Winds will pick up gusts out of the NW 15-20mph so wind chills will be in the lower 30s.

We are dry for now but our storm arrives tomorrow. No changes in thinking whatsoever. We get mostly rain. It gets here early afternoon Saturday and is DONE by Sunday morning. Could be some lingering showers or a burst of snow before it fully pulls away Sunday PM. Tidal flooding should be kept to a minimum.

TUESDAY is when the bigger, more impactful storm arrives. Heavy rain, strong winds, power outages etc…all on the table. Stay tuned!
