Happy New Year!!! Cloudy skies will win out today. It will be a bit cool, middle 40s. An outside chance of a passing shower. Sunshine returns tomorrow. Temps remain consistent then take a bit of a jog in a colder direction by Friday .

We won’t solidly know precipitation type for next weekend’s storm until Tuesday-ish. All speculation until then. What I CAN tell you is coastal issues will be a concern if it becomes strong enough. New moon on the 11th. Tides will be trending higher.

I 100% believe there will be a storm. Track and intensity determine everything. Upper air pattern should help storm go east… but I’m trying not to jinx it.

If we miss out on snow, I’m not worried – we will just have to wait a little before the pattern becomes favorable again for it. This winter will be different than last… especially February. Stay tuned!
