Rise ‘n shine! We’ve got a beautiful day on tap across the region as we close out the work week on a sunny note. Look for highs in the lower to middle 50s, tons of sun. A little breezy at times. Winds out of the NW 15mph-ish.

Tomorrow looks good too. Zero issues. Sunday is when things get hairy, again.

Big area of low pressure comes up from the south. It’s one of those Gulf lows so it will be moisture rich. Looks like ANOTHER 1-3″ rain event. Winds will kick up late day Sunday, gusts 50mph+ along the beaches, 35-45mph on the mainland. Just a nasty late part of the day. Showers overspead by midday.

Tidal flooding may be an issue late Sunday night. I’ll keep an eye on that data.
