High pressure centered along the East Coast will continue to impact the area through Thursday night.
The area will stay dry during the day Thursday thanks to the high pressure, but clouds will increase ahead of the next system.
Low pressure moves into the western Great Lakes on Friday. This will move a cold front east across the area Friday night into Saturday which is expected to stall across central Ohio this weekend.
This low and stalled front will bring plenty of widespread showers late Saturday night through Monday.
Showers will become more scattered by Monday night and may persist through Wednesday. Snowflakes may even be in the mix late Tuesday and Tuesday night.
