Happy Tuesday!! We’ve got some AMAZING weather on the way today…no rain to kick off the day, which is great news. Nothing but sunny, blue skies and comfy temps. Look for highs in the lower to middle 70s again. Dew points in the 50s. 

Cool start to the day but we should quickly warm through the morning and afternoon. High pressure is in-charge until Friday, then it moves off to the northeast which could actually work AGAINST us as low pressure advances from the south. 

Still looking at the chance of some rain and wind come Saturday. We have to see IF the wave develops…chance that it becomes tropical, but even without a warm core, nor’easter-like conditions are possible. Just an early heads up. 

Rain, wind, beach erosion and tidal flooding are all possible.
