Low pressure will cross the central Great Lakes Monday night dragging a strong cold front across the region Tuesday. This will bring showers Tuesday morning and through the day and evening. Some thunderstorms possible in the afternoon.

A trough will linger over the region Wednesday keeping scattered light rain showers around the area along with chilly temperatures. A few showers will be possible Wednesday night and early Thursday morning.

High pressure will build back in by late week and into the weekend with early Fall like temperatures.
