A strong upper level ridge will expand into our area from the southwest later this weekend and lasting into much of next week. This will result in much warmer temperatures starting on Sunday and continuing into next week.
Despite the passage of a front early Monday no rain is expected because the air will be too dry. Perhaps a better chance for rain on Thursday with another front which may have a little more moisture to work with. But for now, the chances of any rain are too low to put into the forecast.
Temperatures will be above normal with highs climbing into the 80’s Sunday and continuing into next week while lows will be in the 60’s. Dew points will be mainly in the 60’s starting on Sunday.
