Behind the system that barrelled through the area yesterday, a much more tranquil day is in storm for the region today with dry weather lower temperatures and humidity.

But another system will reach the region Monday with showers and thunderstorms, with leftover showers ending on Tuesday.

Dry weather is then expected both Wednesday and Thursday. Another system may bring some showers mainly Thursday night possibly into Friday morning.

High temperatures will be in the 70’s to around 80 degrees with lows close to 60 degrees.
