A cold front will crash into a very warm and humid atmosphere late this afternoon into this evening. As such, severe weather is possible with heavy rain around the area. Probably the biggest threat will be from strong thunderstorm winds. Not all areas will see severe thunderstorms.

Behind the front, a much more tranquil day is in store for Sunday with lower temperatures and humidity levels.

Another system will reach the area on Monday with showers and thunderstorms likely. A leftover shower is possible Tuesday morning followed by dry weather which will probably last into the end of the week.

Temperatures will be mostly mid 70’s to around 80 degrees for highs, with lows generally around 60 degrees.
