Today will NOT be a washout but we’ve got an upper level low (just a piece of energy) extending down from the Great Lakes…it promises to bring clouds and SOME scattered showers. We will also see some sun so it’s not a total loss of a day – not close to it. Have an umbrella handy, that’s all I’m encouraging today.
Temps will be in the upper 60s. Humidity is on the lower side with dew points still down into the 50s thanks to a westerly breeze. Dew points will spike by early next week, so enjoy the dry air while we can. Speaking of weat winds, it will be breezy. Some gusts to over 20mph possible.
Tomorrow looks great…shower chance back on Friday.
Water temps in the lower 60s, rip current risk is low if you’re planning a beach day – but be on the lookout for some scattered showers even on the sand. Best guess for timing is late morning / early afternoon. Tonight looks fine.
