Happy Monday! Hope you had a GREAT holiday weekend no matter what you celebrate. Sunshine returned in full-force for your Sunday PM and will be locked in for most of this week ahead. Seriously, we FINALLY have a long-term nice pattern where we can soak up the sun without any issues.

Look for highs in the lower to middle 50s this afternoon. Each day will be incrementally warmer. Low and Mid 70s by the end of the week. Something to look forward to! No real stormy concerns this week. Some April showers by the weekend? We will try and kick that out, of course.
