Morning clouds on Sunday will give way to developing sunshine later in the afternoon with highs in the upper 40s to near 50.     Winds will be West to NW around 20 mph.   

Sunday night will have fair skies and cold, with lows around 30 or in the low 30s.    

Monday will have more clouds with the chance for a bit of light rain late in the afternoon with highs in the upper 40s.  

Light rain is likely Monday night, mixing with and possibly changing to wet snow before ending by Tuesday morning.   

Plenty of leftover clouds are expected for Tuesday with highs in the middle 40s.
