It’s time to get back to the daily grind and unfortunately I don’t have the best news to give ya. Cloudy skies are locked in and will be through Wednesday. The big headline today? A nor’easter forming and intensifying off-shore. First one of the season! We wake up to temps in the upper 30s with scattered showers. Nasty overall.
Winds will pick up through the day. First out of the northeast with gusts to 20-30mph, then NW late tonight into tomorrow. Worst winds will actually be on the backend of this storm. 40mph+?
Rain will be more organized later this afternoon and evening. 0.75 to 1.50″ likely. More the farther north you go. This nor’easter will turn into a major snowstorm for New England – not here. Can’t rule out some snow showers tomorrow morning though IF enough moisture wraps around the low. No need for salting or plowing etc. Won’t be an issue on roads.
Looking ahead, temps moderate big time for a couple days. Thu/Fi around 60? Good stuff.
