Any early morning sun on Tuesday will give way to mostly cloudy skies by afternoon with highs in the upper 30s.  Winds will be out of the South about 15 mph.     Light rain, mixed with wet snow and sleet, is expected early Tuesday evening and continuing before ending shortly after Midnight.  Leftover flurries are possible for the rest of the overnight hours with lows in the low-mid 30s by Wednesday morning. 

 Morning clouds (and perhaps a few flurries)  Wednesday will give way to afternoon sunshine with highs around 40 or 41.    Any wet snow and rain late Thursday morning will change to plain rain by Thursday afternoon with highs around 40 or in the lower 40s.
